Beyond is an iOS app that writes personal affirmations based on the answers you share. By using Beyond, you agree to these terms.

Your subscription

Beyond Pro is an auto renewing subscription with two plans:

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.

What Beyond is, and is not

Affirmations are words of encouragement, written for you based on what you share. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are going through something serious, please reach out to someone qualified. In the United States, you can call or text 988 anytime.

Your content

Affirmations written for you are yours to keep, share, and save. Affirmations you write yourself remain yours. You agree to use Beyond lawfully and kindly, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Availability

We work hard to keep Beyond available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may evolve over time.

The standard agreement

Use of Beyond is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and the standard agreement differ, the standard agreement prevails for matters it covers.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Beyond after a change means you accept the new terms.
